Delivery

At Just Ottomans we offer a variety of delivery solutions designed to meet your high expectations. We deliver your ottoman or blanket box on either or own transport or using couriers.

We deliver to most areas within the UK. Due to the increase of duty & VAT on fuel, the following postcodes will incur a supplementary delivery charge:
AB / BT / CF / DD / DG / DH / DL / EH / EX / FK / G / HR / IV / JE / KA / KW / KY / LA / LD / LL / ML / NE / NP / PA / PH / PL / SA / SR / SY / TD / TQ / TR / TS / Z

Standard Delivery

We deliver both on our own transport and using national couriers. This delivery service is used for deliveries to your door. We will inform you the day your item is to be delivered and where possible we will call you an hour before delivery. Deliveries usually take place Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. Saturday delivery is dependent on where the item is to be delivered and the item you are purchasing (information found when you place this item in your basket).

Express Delivery

Many of our items are now available on Express Delivery. This means we are able to get your item to you quicker than the normal lead time as stated on the website. Express delivery information is specific to the product you are ordering and dependent on your location, further information can be found on the product page and when you add your chosen ottoman to the basket and is subject to stock availability.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday UK delivery is now available for most ottomans. If this option is available it will be displayed at checkout when placing your order. Please note that there may be some circumstances beyond our control where Saturday delivery is not available on some sizes of headboards, we will inform you of this prior to delivery if this is the case.

Saturday delivery is currently available to most postcodes apart from the following:

BT / GY / IM / IV / JE / PA / PO / TA / Z  

Delivery Costs

Standard delivery of your ottoman is currently priced at £5.50. Supplement charges are dependent on the item ordered and your location. If you are not sure then please dont hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. Please note: Delivery lead times are only an approximate estimation and are subject to change, unfortunately this can be sometimes out of our control, if you have any doubts please call us before placing your order. If you have ordered items to be delivered to Scotland or Wales you may have to wait longer than the quoted delivery lead time on the website.
