"Love this ottoman. I was worried it wasn't going to come after 4 weeks waiting but was warned in the current situation (Covid 19) there could be delays. However it arrived just after I had enquired as to its' whereabouts. The delivery was without difficulties and I could see the item had been packed with loving care. It is well made and fits in so well with my bedroom decor of pale grey and blush pink. I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you to all involved in the making, packing and delivering of this item, not forgetting customer service who were so helpful to me when I contacted them."

"I ordered my ottoman online. I was given a delivery date of about 6 weeks. It was about 8 before it was delivered, but when I emailed after 6 weeks I got a response straight back from them advising they were waiting for this to come in. I was then telephoned with the delivery date, which was not convenient to me. The date was changed immediately and a driver rang when he was 20 minutes away. I had read some bad reviews after purchase and was a bit concerned but my ottoman is lovely. Just as described and very well made. I would recommend and use again."
